ProtonUK Infrastructure & ProtonLive Update

Hey everyone — it’s been a while since our last update 👋

We’ve been hard at work behind the scenes improving our infrastructure and preparing for the next major upgrade of ProtonLive. Here’s what’s new:

🧩 Node Upgrades
All of our nodes have been upgraded to the latest version of the blockchain software to ensure maximum performance, stability, and security across the entire XPR ecosystem.

💪 BP Nodes — New Hardware
Our block producer nodes are now running on brand-new, high-performance hardware. This upgrade brought our execution time down to around 0.20 ms, making block production even more efficient and reliable. With the new hardware, a new high availability framework was implemented to make sure the standby BP picks up the block production should the primary fail.

🌐 Hyperion Upgraded to v4
Both Hyperion indexers have been upgraded to v4, delivering faster queries, improved delta processing, and overall better API performance for developers and users. Both instances hold all 348M blocks with 0% missing blocks!

🔥 Next Generation ProtonLive
We’re also working on a new version of ProtonLive, redesigned from the ground up to be faster, more robust, and more feature-rich. Expect smoother dashboards, new data insights, and improved reliability. The new version will provide a lot of LOAN statistics, rich lists as well a personal finance page. Also, we will be rebranding ProtonLive since Proton Blockchain changed its name to XPR Network.

💰 Loan Health Bot
A new Loan Health Bot that is real-time and keeps track of your loan health. You define the thresholds for warning and critical levels and get the alerts over telegram should your loan health go below these thresholds.

🚨New monitoring in place
All servers and services (APIs, P2Ps, BPs, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, Hyperion and many more) are now monitored by Prometheus, providing instant notifications should any component fail.
